We guarantee our items through the assembly process or 5 business days. We can replace any part or if there are any other issues please let us know.
2. How long are shipping times?
Your in store Osos products will ship within three business days of your order.
Items that need to be ordered from a wholesale partner will be delivered in 5-8 business days after we process the order. Order processing usually takes 1 calendar day.
3. How does Curbside pick-up work?
Once you place your order, you will receive a notification text that your item is ready for pick up, typically, within an hour. Safety is important to us, so we will bring the item out to your parking spot masked but still with a smile.
